Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We provide upfront pricing before we start the job.
How does volume based pricing work?
Pricing is based primarily on the amount of truck space your items occupy. The more space your items take up, the higher the price.
Is labor included?
Yes. Two workers are included with every junk removal job.
Is there a minimum charge?
Our pricing is based on the amount of junk being removed, access to the items, and disposal requirements. Most jobs start around $180, but smaller pickups may qualify for lower pricing depending on the project.
What areas do you service?
We provide junk removal throughout all of Connecticut, including Hartford County, Tolland County, Middlesex County, New Haven County, New London County, and Windham County.
Do you offer same day service?
Yes. Same day and next day appointments are available in many areas.
What items can you remove?
We remove:
- Furniture
- Appliances
- Mattresses
- Electronics
- Yard debris
- Construction debris
- Household junk
- Office furniture

- And much more!
What items can you not remove?
We cannot accept:

How much weight is included?
Most residential jobs are covered under our standard pricing. Extremely heavy loads such as dirt, concrete, brick, roofing shingles, and large quantities of masonry may incur additional charges or higher minimums.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can access the items and payment arrangements have been made, we can complete many outdoor and curbside pickups without you being present.
What happens if my items are not listed in the estimator?
No problem. You can add the items into the job notes section, submit your estimate and upload photos or contact us directly for a custom quote.
How do I schedule a pickup?
After receiving your estimate, contact us by phone, text, or email to schedule service.
